House "Burning" party

This is Dr. Neoh's House Warming party.... can call it as "MUST" gathering as well.....

Our last meeting is probably one year ago and i wonder has our friendship change in anyway?
Glad to see him with his warmest smile and become better and better (haha.... i mean get richer since he can effort to buy a few houses... ... "to all ladies... he is still single and available")
