‘大饱口福’的十二月

十二月身边也蛮多亲戚朋友生日或结婚的。。
连续几天的生日会或结婚宴会，真的令我觉得自己好像有向横发展的迹象。。。
再加上佩对我说：“你的身材好像有‘中年发福’的迹象。。。
我的天啊！
不敢或不愿接受我已过了而立之年，慢慢步入‘中年危机’！
不行不行。。绝对不可以让这一切发生在我身上！
我要开始积极减肥！
不要做个胖胖中年男人！

我在马六甲‘来匆匆，去匆匆’

昨天连续赶了两场结婚宴会。
下午场在马六甲马接巴鲁新村，而晚上那场就在仁嘉隆新村。
早上就驾车沿着南北大道一路往南来到马六甲最大的新村-马接巴鲁（Machap Baru）


马接巴鲁是娜的老乡，这里也是她度过童年的地方。
这次到访纯粹是为了出席她侄女的结婚宴会。
（先在这里声明，娜并不老，只是她在他们家里虽然年纪轻但辈分比较高）


马接巴鲁新村，
还记得当初来到这新村的感觉。。。
（1）沿路前往马接巴鲁新村，不难发现马路两旁都是橡胶园。
印象一：这里的橡胶树应该多过马接巴鲁新村人口！
（2）还没进入马接巴鲁新村前，就可以看到一大片莲花盛开的画面。
印象二：莲花景色非常优美，有机会一定要来拍照！
（3）进入马接巴鲁新村，必须经过一道牌匾。
印象三：标准新村，但我还没有机会和牌匾合照。。。
（4）进入马接巴鲁新村，发现马接主要大街虽叫大路但还是很窄
印象四：这里村民驾车一定是一流的。
（5）一排排木屋整齐排列，里面大多数只住着老人家。
印象五：旧式木屋有着浓浓的新村味，只是感慨年轻一辈不会珍惜。。。


话说回来，宴会的地点在该村华小大礼堂。
由于到达时间还早，娜就叫我充当司机载姐妹啦。。。载花童啦等等。。。
剩余的时间，我一个人在校园逛逛。。。
（这间小学规模虽没有仁嘉隆华小大，但设备还算完善）
下午的大太阳再加上礼堂里的冷气搞得我好想睡觉。
等着等着终于看到礼堂人潮慢慢出现，新郎新娘站在门口迎接客人。
身为姐妹的娜忙着为新娘打点一切，而我就乖乖坐着看热闹！
（娜说其实新郎新娘在结婚当天是最不忙的，忙得反而是那些替他们打点一切的姐妹或兄弟！）

娜的母亲看到我坐得无聊，就拉着我一桌一桌介绍我给他的亲戚认识。（我还真得有点不好意思）。
说真的，介绍完后，我也不知道是谁打谁？（因为实在是太多了）
第一次在马六甲出席结婚宴会，发现这里酒席的第一道菜竟然是。。。
葡萄！
对没错，是水果的葡萄。
感觉好像是餐前水果，又或者是‘前菜’？
其余的就和我们这里的大同小异！
最后甜点也蛮特别的--椰子布丁！
宴会大约进行了三小时（还蛮快的，我们这里通常是四个小时）。
载送娜的父母回老家后，我也就赶回仁嘉隆出席第二场婚宴。。。

感言：这次的到访，我还是没有机会好好欣赏这里的荷花。

两粒红‘炸弹’，你中哪一粒？

晚上，孝首驾着他家老爷摩托来载我一起出席两个朋友的‘Bachelor Party’。
*真是同情那辆年龄应该大过我们俩的老爷摩托（因为要载这两个体重超标的男人！）
歹势啦！

路上经过其他住宅区，同样看到有好几户人家今晚也在搞‘Bachelor Party’。
想必明天又是结婚的好日子。

几个月前就听到这两位中学朋友将在十二月结婚，好选不选，他们都选中同一天结婚摆酒。
（“当然啦，他们都去同一间庙问日子！”其他友人这样说道。）
结果最后搞到他们须平分邀请共同的朋友，你一个，我一个。。。
就连‘兄弟’都得对分！
（希望我结婚那天不会酱巧和朋友的结婚‘撞’在同一天）

连赶两场‘Bachelor Party’，也吃了不少东西和喝了些些酒。。。
平常在酱的场合，见到朋友最常聊的话题就是：最近怎样，做些什么，几时结婚和聊别人的八卦等等。。。
但今晚，大家都会互问：“喂！你中哪一边的。”
感觉好好笑！
我想：“两位新郎一定很想大家都出席他们的婚宴及得到大家的祝福的！”
当然我们也很想出席两位的婚宴啊。。。
毕竟大家都认识那么久了，你们的结婚我们当然也很想参与啊！

无论如何，我还是衷心的祝福你们（进川和德凯）
希望你们和你们各自的老婆都能白头偕老，早生贵子！

We went to GXXXNBox Bukit Tinggi for the birthday celebration for April babies
--Cheong and Chin...
It had been a long time since we (buddies) didn't hang out together......

A 'custom' made birthday courtesy of GXXXNbox. We were also given a bottle of sparkling juice.Hopes both of them can get a girlfriend as soon as possible......

Hanging out with Birthday girl (Huili) whose birthday is one day later than Dear.....
Where to eat is always the big question??

But this time, we decided to dine at Shogun, a japanese restaurant to indulge ourselves with those yummy yummy Japanese cuisine.
The restaurant not as big as i thought, but the environment looks like a nice place to dine in, with all the warm lighting.
The food option was fair enough, where they offered Sashimi, Sushi, Tempura, BBQ, Teppanyaki, Shabu-Shabu, desserts and some Arabian-style food (in conjunction with Buka Puasa....i think??).
I am pretty satisfied with the food at Shogun, although I would still prefer Jogoya..
The price at Shogun is however cheaper.
I think i was only tasted 80% of the choices they had! Because I just can't be able to taste all the food. At that point, I got to be selective. Haha!!
Looking forward our next buffet dinner... probably at Kin No Uma Japanese Restaurant, The Palace of Golden Horses......

马六甲过中秋

中秋节快乐!!
从小到大都不曾离乡背井到远地长住的我并不曾有那种回家乡的感觉。。。
而时常听到同事或同学说起即将回家乡（Balik Kampung）的喜悦心情更是不能引起共鸣。。。
难得这次有时间和dear的家人一起回去她老爸的家乡-马六甲马甲新村。。。
还真的有一点回家乡的感觉呢！！
当天适逢华人中秋节及她妈妈的生日。。。位于新村的老家特别热闹！亲戚们都纷纷从外地回来团聚。。。所谓：“月圆人团圆嘛！！”
马甲新村给我的感觉一点都不陌生。。。毕竟我可也是在新村土生土长的！！所以我想马来西亚的每个新村都大同小异吧！！

好热情的一班亲友哦！！令我觉得一点都不会陌生。。。

Quite surprise that i was invited to her wedding dinner.....
She is one of my secondary school classmate who used to be very quite in the class.....
We lost contact with each other since we finished our secondary studies...I think about eight years ago....
No communication or even greeting to the bride......'paiseh!!'
but still manage to take a group photo after the dinner.....

Attending another cousin's wedding dinner at a famous restaurant in Nilai yesterday.

The restaurant is very famous with their 'buddha jump wall' soup and charge very good price...

However, the food served that day were not really good....so disappointed!!

I mean not worthy to pay such high price and get this type of food and service......

Okay!! Why i was so mad?? Don't know... Maybe feel like cheated....

Two of my close friends Angel and Aini got married recently.

I still remember the 'young' day when we were discussing about our future and guess who will be the first to get married......

All memories played back in my mind of that day and

i am pretty sure that....

Aini and I were vote for Angel

(because both of us are still single at that time)......

However....

Both of us are wrong.......

Because Aini is the first to change her status into married......

(i guess she was also not expecting that)

Time flies, really!!

Time flies toooooo fast.....

I think it was about three or four years we didn't see each other after graduated...

Not much change physically...

And how about our friendship??

When i reached there....

I was quite worried

because i feel so strange and speechless when i met them...

and so we talk and talk from first dish till the end...

Without any delay, my dear and i were getting ourself prepared just after reached home.

Rush to the restaurant and found both of us were so tired and weary.

Nine hours mountain hiking really fagged me out!!
