Become heavier....What to blame??

As my X-coursemate said: "Age is inversely proportional to metabolism.. hence the older we get the fatter we become!"

I am totally agree with her...... I also found myself very difficult to lose weight recently......

Why we become fatter..... here is the list to blame:

1. Our food behavior (can't "tahan" to all delicious but "junk" food) ---can also blame "food advertising" as well!!

2. Lack of exercise (Because lazy to move!!!!! who volunteer to use the staircase instead of escalator or lift??) this is what we called as physically inactive......

3. Gene/Heredity?? That means you have "obesity gene" ....... i think this excuse can make you feel better... right.. not your fault what??

4. Emotion factor... like bored, angry, or stressed which tend to cause you to eat a lot......... especially chocolate and ice-cream......

5. Age... As we become older, our metabolism will slow down but the calories that we put in is not reducing..... then not tally lah!!!

So lady and gentlement...... please accept the reality that time pass so fast and cause you to put on weight!!!

I NeEd 25 Hours A DaY

After a tiring working day, i was invited to join a birthday celebration a KTV in Klang....
This make me even tired when i reach home at 12.30am ...!!
I know i need to rest early but i can't..... Why!!!
I always think that sleeping earlier is a waste of time........ So i need 25 hours a day!!!!!!!!!

Actually i know very little about Halloween and i am always relate this festival with "Ghost day" (Sorry la.... im not christian)
Another thing i can think about Halloween is Jack-o'-Lantern which often carved into silly or scary faces.......

Browsing through internet i found that

Halloween is very popular in Ireland and hope that i can go there to experience the celebration of Halloween.......

细心观察后，发现它有一双十分精致的翅膀。。。（虽然样子长得有点丑）

无聊的我在这时候想起了一些名句：

"螳螂捕蝉，黄雀在后"！！

还有最后一个。。。。“但愿人长久,千里共《蝉》娟”（哈！够无聊吧？！！）

This was the shortest time i spent in Genting since my first visit to Genting.........

"Awana" was the place i stayed

(Thanks to MARDI biotech. Center for a free accomodation, BBQ dinner and breakfast)

A standard room with a few large mirrors (i called it magic mirror because i look slimmer from the mirror! hehe), and also cupboard, table, tv, fridge, hair dryer.......

I have been thinking lately.... Why do people betray each other?

Just happen few weeks ago.......i was shock when i discovered a friend that i trust betrayed me....

I don't understand why would someone call themself your "BEST friend" and then stab you in the back???

It is very painful, and can be very deep.

I hate being betrayed and teased!!!
However......

Just happen to see a yellow butterfly standing on a yellow wooden curtain...

"Camouflage" is the firsf word flash in my mind....

still remember i learn this word in my Biology class which means "to conceal by the use of disguise or by protective coloring that blend in with the surrounding environment."

I am very impressed with their ability to adapt themself in order to avoid their predator....

So do human?? Human always try to hide their feelings/thoughts for certain reason or to protect themselves. For example, men are normally not to say a word about the suffering they go through.... WHy??

A Tiring Sunday

Another tiring Sunday!!

I was one of the committee in this Badminton Competition organised by YMM Jenjarom.

Therefore, as an organizer, I went there early in the morning...(Haha!! Actually not really early...i have been late for a few mins :P).

Game stared at 9.00am till 10.00pm.... (obviously got rest la!!)
Since this was a one day competition, we started the game earlier.

Hehe!! i was one of the umpire.... (Although not so professional but i think i am qualified Gua!! ....... Cheh!!)

Cheap medals (i think about RM5 each) but it's meaning to the players is much more than the value...........

The champion goes to ......

After doing ' sauna' for almost whole day in the hall ...the competition finally over....we got to clean everything and prepare to go for Yam Cha (i was really hungry because im not dinner yet)!! Aiyoh...so tired...... :(

Finally.... I take action Lo!!
