LiTTLe CiVEt iN mY LaB

It is a Cat!!! No.... It is a fox?!!...
No... It is a civet!!!
Just happen yesterday that we saw this little creature on the top of the ceilling in our lab.......
At first, all of us thought it was a cat until my labmate caught it.....
This little civet was so pity and it looks so weak and hungry....... (maybe it already starved for few days......)
Everyone in the lab was so excited to see this animal and trying to give a hand to help it..... Finally..... we settle it and calm it down....
Boss decided to adopt it and keep it as pet.....
See... How cute is this animal....... and so manja!!

一个美乃滋罐和两杯咖啡

很久之前就有读过这样一则文章：

“当人生遇到瓶颈，或觉得一天24小时不再够用，就想想一个美乃滋罐和两杯咖啡吧！”

一位教授在还没讲课前把一些物品摆放在桌前，然后在这其中拿起了一个美乃滋罐，再放满高尔夫球。教授开始问学生：“这罐子被装满了吗？”学生都异口同声答：“对！满了！”

接着教授又从桌子上拿了一些小石子放进罐子，轻轻摇一摇罐子后又问：“现在满了吗？”学生又给了一样的答案。二话不说，教授又从桌上拿了些沙放进罐子里。问道：“你们认为现在装满了吗？”一些学生这时候开始犹豫不决，但最后还是觉得罐子已经被装满了。教授微微一笑，拿起两杯咖啡，慢慢地倒进罐里。只见一些学生目瞪口呆，一些则看得拍案叫好。。。

教授接下来说：“现在，我要你们把罐子当成是你的人生，高尔夫球则是人生重要的东务如家庭，孩子或你所爱的和健康。当你失去了其他东西时，你的人生还是可以圆满的。”

“接着是小石子，它就代表着我们生命中的其他东西如事业，屋子和汽车。而沙就代表我们人生中的一些琐碎事务。”

“试想想，如果我们一开始就把沙倒进罐子里，那么高尔夫球和小石子就没办法装进罐子里了；同样的，如果我们时常都把时间专注在一些琐碎事上，那么我们就会忽略更重要的东西。”

教授继续说：“各位同学，我们是不是应该把注意力专注在重要的事情？应该多花时间陪陪家人，孩子和心爱人，或花点时间运动及定期检查身体，因为这都是最重要的。”

说毕，有位学生举手发问：“教授，那么刚才最后被倒进去的两杯咖啡又代表什么？”

教授微笑道：“我就等着你来发问这个问题！两杯咖啡代表无论我们的人生多么美满，我们还是有空间或时间约好友出来喝茶聊天，谈谈 近况及互相关心。”

SHiT!!! We MisS it AgAiN!!!

Gosh!!!!We miss it again......
After waiting for so long....Malaysia again miss a chance to grab the first Olympic gold when our only hope...Lee Chong Wei lost to LinDan in an easy match.......!!!!
LinDan who played really good today defeated Lee Chong Wei with the scores of 21:12 and 21:8. The poor performance of Lee really disppointed me......So sad!!
Anyway, congratulation to Lee Chong Wei for winning a silver medal in Beijing Olympic 2008. We are proud for you!! Malaysia Boleh!!??

来自台湾的礼物

真巧！不约而同地收到两个来自台湾的手信。

谢谢喵喵的喵喵石头及贵姐的台湾梅酒。

已有好一段时间没见到贵姐了（大概一年吧！）

刚从台湾回来的她看来比以前开朗，气色也好好哦！看来她已适应了台湾的生活，还是在台湾已找到了某些滋润。。。哈哈！！

总爱到处乱跑的喵喵刚刚从台湾回来。。。手信还是不忘了找个和猫有关系的东西，真是服了你！刚脱离感情束缚的喵喵没让我看出什么异样。。。还是老样子。。。

难得凑到大家都在马来西亚，相约一起吃顿晚餐聚一聚。。。 聊一聊。。。这餐晚餐后又不知几时才能见到喵喵（即将到英国工作）和贵姐（又飞回台湾继续深造）。。。 大家保重了！!

BeiJiNg oLyMPic 2008

期待已久的北京奥林匹克运动会终于在昨天开始。。。
2008年的8月8日，我想所有的人都将目光聚集在中国北京。。。
准时坐在电视机前，等待着开幕典礼的到来。。。
8点正，在2008名演员的击缶声中，北京奥运开始倒计时
一幕幕震撼接踵而至。。。
张艺谋执导的开幕场面宏大壮观，美轮美奂。
向世界展现中华民族5000年光辉灿烂文明。。
我真的感受到了作为一名华人的自豪。。。
唯一觉得有点闷的环节当然是各国运动员入场。。。（我还差点睡着！）
最后的点燃火炬仪式，超出了所有人的意料
昔日的“体操王子”李宁手持火炬飞起来，沿着“画卷”空中奔跑。。。
全场一片沸腾，十分激动。。。
最后。。。祥云火炬被点燃，奥利匹克运动会在北京正式开幕。。。
这就是奥利匹克的魅力。。。

同一个世界，同一个梦想
p/s: 希望我国选手可以在这里为大马赢取首金！

My DiDi ConVoCaTiON

Attending my brother's convo last sunday .....

We reached there just after the convocation ceremony......(which for me, it is a long and boring part)......Sorry to said that......
I know it is very meaningful to all the graduands.....and is one of the most important event/celebration in life......

The fun part on that day was photo section where all the graduand take photos with their family, friends and coursemates.

After this convocation....he will continue his bachelor degree studies which means there will be another convocation in two years time.......

ReD CliFt oR ReD CliFF??

Before i go to watch the movie...... dear ask me about the story of The Three Kingdom...... but i can't really answer her...

although i read the book and play the game......'Paiseh!!'
Then wait for the movie to give you the answer lo....coz malas nak baca balik!!

Red cliff is a movie about China’s ancient war happened during the Three Kingdoms era in ancient China. I know very little about the battle of red cliff and the movie really surprised me with the star casts (my favorite Tony Leong and Takeshi Kaneshiro) and the awesome battle scenes....

Besides, i also like the numerous brilliant tactics of warfare that appeared onscreen. Quite enjoy to watch this movie and i am going to catch the next part of the movie....

On the same day night, went to dinner with secondary school old friends....

Another memory recall moment that we talk about life in secondary school..... gossip about other friends....and so on......

Time flies....many things were change....

those that were fleshy has shrink in size,
those that were lanky has grow in flesh......

Anyway, happy to meet them.......

After that, we went to dinner at Subang Jaya.

More MUST guys join us for the farewell dinner.

All getting together and chit chat and have fun......

Talk about current, the past and future.......

一张张熟悉的脸孔，虽然久未见面，但一见面大家还是有说有笑。。。一点陌生感都没有。。。我想这就叫老朋友吧！

DiNneR wiTH MARDI TrAiNeEs At KL ToWeR

As the chinese proverb goes: 天下没有不散的延席

I like the meaning of this proverb but i hate the feeling....

Although we know each other just for a few weeks......

but we share the happiness together when we work in the lab......

'We' refer to me and the group of industrial training students from different universities (UM, USM and UNIMAS)......

This is their last week working in my lab and will go back to their own uni to continue studies in the new semester soon......

So, we have a farewell dinner at Sri Angkasa Revolving Restaurant, Kuala Lumpur Tower

Actually, this is my second visit here...

And revisiting the restaurant spurred me to recollect all my memories....

which happened last year November......My birthday...

So sweet, touch and unforgetable...... Same food (not so nice!!), same place (nice view) but different people and different mood......
It was totally different mood and feeling when going out with different people.....
especially eating with a group of people.....
