HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
Hanging out with Birthday girl (Huili) whose birthday is one day later than Dear.....
Where to eat is always the big question??

But this time, we decided to dine at Shogun, a japanese restaurant to indulge ourselves with those yummy yummy Japanese cuisine.
The restaurant not as big as i thought, but the environment looks like a nice place to dine in, with all the warm lighting.
The food option was fair enough, where they offered Sashimi, Sushi, Tempura, BBQ, Teppanyaki, Shabu-Shabu, desserts and some Arabian-style food (in conjunction with Buka Puasa....i think??).
I am pretty satisfied with the food at Shogun, although I would still prefer Jogoya..
The price at Shogun is however cheaper.
I think i was only tasted 80% of the choices they had! Because I just can't be able to taste all the food. At that point, I got to be selective. Haha!!
Looking forward our next buffet dinner... probably at Kin No Uma Japanese Restaurant, The Palace of Golden Horses......

HapPy BiRtHdAy To mY DeArEsT LenA

想了很久很久都不知道应该要如何为Dear庆祝生日。。。

都怪我平时不够细心。。左想右想都想不到应该送什么给她。。。

正如我时常说的：“现今的人其实什么都有了，根本什么都不缺。”

好不好找个Ribbon绑在自己身上，躺在床上送给她!!哈哈!!（Oops!!儿童不宜!）

多亏dear给了‘明示’哈哈！！

Tang!Tang!!Tang!Tang!。。。超级无敌爱心生日大餐。。。

虽然是普通的一餐，但也令我想了很久。。。

应该为她煮什么东西呢？

考量到本人已有好久一段时间没有下厨及对煮东西也不是很在行。。。

为了将失败率减到最低。。。最后决定煮一些又简单，dear 又喜欢吃的食物。。。

意大利食物-Spaghetti Carbonara + Mushroom Soup + Mixed Salad

有了菜单之后，就开始上网搜索资料。。
Spaghetti Carbonara 其实还真不容易做耶！

从如何选面条，用什么Cheese，加入什么香料，该放培根或白肉或红肉，买什么香肠等等。。。

一大堆的问号一直在我脑海里环绕着。。。

走在超级市场推着手推车好像Auntie一样选购食材。。。

最后买了。。。生菜，Baby番茄，厚的意大利面，鸡胸肉，酱料，沙拉酱，Cheese粉，意大利香料，两种不同口味的香肠，懒人泡汤用的粉（Hehe!!)。。。当然还有dear的最爱---Shitakae。。。

材料准备好后，就上演‘美男上厨’。。。

---Finally---我完成了任务!!

虽没有浪漫的装饰，布景及气氛。。。但有着浓浓的诚意，心思及爱心。。。 Happy Birthday!! My Dear...... 无独有偶，Dear去年也在我家庆祝生日，切生日蛋糕，唱生日歌，和爸妈一起合照。。。

马六甲过中秋

中秋节快乐!!
从小到大都不曾离乡背井到远地长住的我并不曾有那种回家乡的感觉。。。
而时常听到同事或同学说起即将回家乡（Balik Kampung）的喜悦心情更是不能引起共鸣。。。
难得这次有时间和dear的家人一起回去她老爸的家乡-马六甲马甲新村。。。
还真的有一点回家乡的感觉呢！！
当天适逢华人中秋节及她妈妈的生日。。。位于新村的老家特别热闹！亲戚们都纷纷从外地回来团聚。。。所谓：“月圆人团圆嘛！！”
马甲新村给我的感觉一点都不陌生。。。毕竟我可也是在新村土生土长的！！所以我想马来西亚的每个新村都大同小异吧！！

好热情的一班亲友哦！！令我觉得一点都不会陌生。。。

Hiring a tuition teacher or sending the student to the tuition center is becoming standard practice and seen by many parents as a necessity to excel in their's son or daughter studies.
Thats what i am now...... As a part time tuition teacher
Never took any photo with my tuition class student......

And this was the first time.....

They are actually year 6 students.....

Soon they will sit for their first major exam in their life- UPSR

Wish all of them will pass with flying colours in their exam!!!

UneXpEcTed InViTatiON

Quite surprise that i was invited to her wedding dinner.....
She is one of my secondary school classmate who used to be very quite in the class.....
We lost contact with each other since we finished our secondary studies...I think about eight years ago....
No communication or even greeting to the bride......'paiseh!!'
but still manage to take a group photo after the dinner.....

LiTTLe CiVEt iN mY LaB

It is a Cat!!! No.... It is a fox?!!...
No... It is a civet!!!
Just happen yesterday that we saw this little creature on the top of the ceilling in our lab.......
At first, all of us thought it was a cat until my labmate caught it.....
This little civet was so pity and it looks so weak and hungry....... (maybe it already starved for few days......)
Everyone in the lab was so excited to see this animal and trying to give a hand to help it..... Finally..... we settle it and calm it down....
Boss decided to adopt it and keep it as pet.....
See... How cute is this animal....... and so manja!!

一个美乃滋罐和两杯咖啡

很久之前就有读过这样一则文章：

“当人生遇到瓶颈，或觉得一天24小时不再够用，就想想一个美乃滋罐和两杯咖啡吧！”

一位教授在还没讲课前把一些物品摆放在桌前，然后在这其中拿起了一个美乃滋罐，再放满高尔夫球。教授开始问学生：“这罐子被装满了吗？”学生都异口同声答：“对！满了！”

接着教授又从桌子上拿了一些小石子放进罐子，轻轻摇一摇罐子后又问：“现在满了吗？”学生又给了一样的答案。二话不说，教授又从桌上拿了些沙放进罐子里。问道：“你们认为现在装满了吗？”一些学生这时候开始犹豫不决，但最后还是觉得罐子已经被装满了。教授微微一笑，拿起两杯咖啡，慢慢地倒进罐里。只见一些学生目瞪口呆，一些则看得拍案叫好。。。

教授接下来说：“现在，我要你们把罐子当成是你的人生，高尔夫球则是人生重要的东务如家庭，孩子或你所爱的和健康。当你失去了其他东西时，你的人生还是可以圆满的。”

“接着是小石子，它就代表着我们生命中的其他东西如事业，屋子和汽车。而沙就代表我们人生中的一些琐碎事务。”

“试想想，如果我们一开始就把沙倒进罐子里，那么高尔夫球和小石子就没办法装进罐子里了；同样的，如果我们时常都把时间专注在一些琐碎事上，那么我们就会忽略更重要的东西。”

教授继续说：“各位同学，我们是不是应该把注意力专注在重要的事情？应该多花时间陪陪家人，孩子和心爱人，或花点时间运动及定期检查身体，因为这都是最重要的。”

说毕，有位学生举手发问：“教授，那么刚才最后被倒进去的两杯咖啡又代表什么？”

教授微笑道：“我就等着你来发问这个问题！两杯咖啡代表无论我们的人生多么美满，我们还是有空间或时间约好友出来喝茶聊天，谈谈 近况及互相关心。”

SHiT!!! We MisS it AgAiN!!!

Gosh!!!!We miss it again......
After waiting for so long....Malaysia again miss a chance to grab the first Olympic gold when our only hope...Lee Chong Wei lost to LinDan in an easy match.......!!!!
LinDan who played really good today defeated Lee Chong Wei with the scores of 21:12 and 21:8. The poor performance of Lee really disppointed me......So sad!!
Anyway, congratulation to Lee Chong Wei for winning a silver medal in Beijing Olympic 2008. We are proud for you!! Malaysia Boleh!!??

来自台湾的礼物

真巧！不约而同地收到两个来自台湾的手信。

谢谢喵喵的喵喵石头及贵姐的台湾梅酒。

已有好一段时间没见到贵姐了（大概一年吧！）

刚从台湾回来的她看来比以前开朗，气色也好好哦！看来她已适应了台湾的生活，还是在台湾已找到了某些滋润。。。哈哈！！

总爱到处乱跑的喵喵刚刚从台湾回来。。。手信还是不忘了找个和猫有关系的东西，真是服了你！刚脱离感情束缚的喵喵没让我看出什么异样。。。还是老样子。。。

难得凑到大家都在马来西亚，相约一起吃顿晚餐聚一聚。。。 聊一聊。。。这餐晚餐后又不知几时才能见到喵喵（即将到英国工作）和贵姐（又飞回台湾继续深造）。。。 大家保重了！!

BeiJiNg oLyMPic 2008

期待已久的北京奥林匹克运动会终于在昨天开始。。。
2008年的8月8日，我想所有的人都将目光聚集在中国北京。。。
准时坐在电视机前，等待着开幕典礼的到来。。。
8点正，在2008名演员的击缶声中，北京奥运开始倒计时
一幕幕震撼接踵而至。。。
张艺谋执导的开幕场面宏大壮观，美轮美奂。
向世界展现中华民族5000年光辉灿烂文明。。
我真的感受到了作为一名华人的自豪。。。
唯一觉得有点闷的环节当然是各国运动员入场。。。（我还差点睡着！）
最后的点燃火炬仪式，超出了所有人的意料
昔日的“体操王子”李宁手持火炬飞起来，沿着“画卷”空中奔跑。。。
全场一片沸腾，十分激动。。。
最后。。。祥云火炬被点燃，奥利匹克运动会在北京正式开幕。。。
这就是奥利匹克的魅力。。。

同一个世界，同一个梦想
p/s: 希望我国选手可以在这里为大马赢取首金！
