又是卫塞游行日！

时间过得未免也太快了吧！
一年一度的卫塞节即将来临，马来西亚佛光山仁嘉隆东禅寺为了庆祝这个节日，特举办了‘卫塞节佛祖出巡’活动。
今年青运仁嘉隆支会一样收到他们的邀请柬。
我想今年我应该还是会参加（虽然我不是佛教徒），但为了支持仁嘉隆的活动，我还是会义不容辞的。

以下为当天活动详情：
卫塞节佛祖出巡活动
日期：2009年5月8日（周五）
时间：傍晚7.00
地点：由仁嘉隆东禅寺出发，绕仁嘉隆新村一圈

‘生耕致富。卫塞节浴佛法会/园游会’
日期：2009年5月9日（周六）
时间：早上8.30至下午2.00
地点：仁嘉隆东禅寺

希望当晚活动能顺利举行！

I aM BaCk!!

It has been 4 days 3 nights and now I am back from Bangkok, Thailand!!
One of my friend sent me a sms when I was in Bangkok:"Friend, still alive or not?"
Ha!! Friend, thanks for your concern!! I am okay!!
See... Now I am here in Malaysia-Our peaceful country!

Just log in my blog and saw a comment from my cousin......
Reminds me about the forum she had told me before I went to Thailand...
(I was totally forgot!! Sorry!)
Anyway, congratulation for the new born 'forum'!
And proud to say that I am now one of the member!

曼谷！我来啦！

刚刚从外面回来，整个人已经累到不行了。。。
今天又迟吃晚餐了，整晚看着别人享用丰富的晚餐，但自己却只能眼巴巴地看着那些食物流口水。。。我今晚为一个晚会担任主持的工作，整个晚上只能站在台上而不能到台下吃东西。
主办单位安排得不是很妥当，简直是虐待！向饿死我们吗？
主持到尾声时心情还蛮不好的，超想骂人！
但当我回到台下时，听到有人赞自己今晚主持的不错。。。
哈！心情顿时又开朗了许多。。。（虚荣心好重哦！）

明天就到泰国旅行了，但行李还没收拾。。。
刚才友人打电话给我说：“泰国现在的局势混乱，你还要去吗？”

怎么办，假期已经在半年前定下了，怎么能够浪费呢?
希望一切顺利吧！
这次我将重游泰国曼谷，希望有意想不到的收获吧！

A VerY 'FuLL' LuNCh!!

I have been eating Sunrise's roasted duck a few years back as i used to study at Kelana Jaya.

This is one of the most famous restaurant in PJ area that famed for its roasted duck.

I have a chance to try it again today with Lena since both of us were free until 2pm.

We reached the place at about 12pm and the restaurant was already packed with its custormers...(The restaurant open at 11.30am onward till sold out)

No choice! We had to share the table with other people since we had just two of us......

For two of us, we used to ordered 1/4 duck......

But don't know why, we ordered half a duck this time!

It was really a lot when the duck was served in front of us after 5 minutes!

The big plate of duck comes with two small bowl of soup, a small bowl of sauce (something like diluted soya sauce), homemade chilli sauce, and two plates of white rice.

The duck meat itself was tender and juicy (I personally opt for breast meat but most people like drum part), with the skin roasted to perfect golden brown, flavourful and crispy as well.

About the soup, the taste was a mixture of sour, sweet, and salty.

I am not sure what to make of it (maybe preserved vegetable).

Anyway, it tasted okay for me.

But most of my friends said the taste was weird and not nice at all.

I don't really enjoy the sauce because it taste like herb.

I prefer the sauce which taste sweet and thick.

The Lunch was about RM30 for two which i think is not bad for half a duck.

"I hate to attend Biostatistic Lecture!!!"
I know it is not nice for me to say this.......
Not to say the lecturer is not good, but I was not interested on this topic at all.
And feel so bored during the lecture......
First of all, I was forced to attend this course called Research Methodology in order to fulfill the requirement of phD study.
Second, the course was divided into 2 modules which require us to attend two classes a week......
This is totally not ideal for me (I am based in MARDI, Serdang) because I have to hold most of my experiment for the classes......and seriously protracted my progress!!
Anyway, this is the last week I need to attend the class......
So its time for me to back on tract to continue my labwork!!

马拉松式的补习班就已经占据我周末的一大半时间。。。
回到家时已经是下午4.00pm了。。。
赶快吃今天的第一餐（坏习惯，没定时用餐！）
懒散地坐在客厅边看报子，边看电视。。。
5.00pm，改UM学生的习题。。。及把分数输入电脑！（用掉半条命！吐血！）
6.00pm，午睡片刻。。。（实在太累了！）
7.30pm，晚饭时间。。。
8.00pm，到青运会所开会。。。（虽不是理事，但还是须履行之前的承诺-虽不再是主席，但不会完全放手不理青运事务。）
10.00pm，陪朋友吃‘晚餐’！
11.30pm，和娜谈了一下电话后，准备睡觉！
当然临睢前，写下这篇Blog!!

TodAy iS nOt My DaY

就隔那么一天，怎么我今天那么不顺啊??
真是‘Kanasai’
昨天一切是多么地顺利，今天却完全相反！
话说今天要回UM参与Undergraduate student的rehersal presentation.....
但一大早醒来的我却发现记错时间，就只好放弃出席咯！
大约11am出门到Taylors接娜一起去领护照。。。
结果官员说我的护照还没做好，因为我昨天给的照片不合标准，需重新交上照片。。。
时间已是12.30pm，又是星期五，照相馆早已关了，需等到2.45pm才开放！
“X的，真的有够衰！”
原本打算领完护照后到Sunway Pyramid走走的我们就只好放弃了，只能到附近的Subang Parade去吃午餐。
3.00pm，再回到移民厅拍照及做护照。。。
（幸亏他们马上帮我做好护照，不然我就得等到下星期才能领护照）
4.00pm，我办好护照后准备到停车场去，天空突然下起滂沱大雨！
认衰的我觉得这场雨应该会下蛮久，决定冒雨冲到停车场。
上车后，我已被淋得像落汤鸡一样。。。
就在不久的同时，雨势突然变小。。。然后停了下来。。！
“啊！老天爷，你是不是特地作弄我的。。。”
更衰的还在后头，在送娜回去的时候，我竟走错方向，被逼又兜了好大一圈。。。
哟！简直就是‘祸不单行’

Wah!!So SmOoTH!!

Today is a 'smooth' day for me...
Firstly...I don't need to wake up early...
And since I went out late this morning, so i can avoid traffic jam!!!
So smooth along the way!!No jam at all!!
My mission today is to fetch dear from Taylors to renew our passports....
Then have a lunch together and i will back to UM (tutoring for 2nd year undergraduate student)

So 'lancar' that we can easily get a car park when we reach Immigration Office Subang Jaya.....
I said lancar here because I was in rush to find a toilet for me to 'relieve nature'!! Haha!!
(Luckily the toilet is quite clean.)
The process to renew passport is so convenient and fast nowaday....
Don't need to buy or fill in any form....
because we use passport renewal kiosk or KiPPas (Kios Pembaharuan Pasport)
Don't need to queue at the counter and wait for the officer to attend us......
And most importantly, there was a 'kakak' who will assist us in using the machine.....
What you need is just one passport size photo, one photocopy IC, your old passport and IC, RM300 cash (they only accept RM50 and Rm100 notes)...and remember to bring your own thumbprint as well....hehe!!
Within 10 minutes, both of us done with our passport renewal process and proceed to our lunch...
Both of us having Hakka dishes for lunch but the taste wasn't good!
After lunch......
Back to UM and smooth tutoring today! Haha!!
**Still need to come back to the imigration office tomorrow to collect the passport.

4月1日。。。
每个人应该知道是愚人节吧！那么，你今天有没有被人愚弄了呢？
在六年前的今天，发生了一件震惊全球华人的事情，也就是影星张国荣跳楼自杀。。。
就这样，4月1日不只令我想起愚人节，同时我也想起张国荣的逝世。。。

今早收到同事Dr.Wee的短讯：“My Princess arrived safely yesterday.”
真的替她高兴！赶紧回了短讯恭喜她，同时希望等她出院后去探望她和baby。
